Can barbequing be a risky business. You can invite your friends and family for some good home cooked - but how do you know your barbecue will be good? If it is not as good as the last time I did?
Even for seasoned veterans barbecue, and get the meat consistently good is something that can be more than a bit tricky. Well, I'm here to tell you that very worthwhile, and here 11 tips to help you:
1. Purchase ribs that are dealt with on a regular basis in the meat. In other words, do not buy fatty slab that is on one end and fleshy on the other. Avoid slabs exposed bones!
