A healthy breakfast: It is not an impossible task

It is a refrain trite but true that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. For most of us, it's been about 12 hours since a meal for our post and our bodies need a good supply. So far, statistics show that up to 50% of us do not eat breakfast.
We are very busy. We do not like breakfast foods. We are not hungry. We are trying to lose weight.

Sad to say, none of these reasons are correct. There are a lot of healthy breakfast that can be purchased or to provide very fast and mobile. There is no law that says you need to eat for breakfast and breakfast. May not be legitimate hungry in the morning, especially if you're not used to eating breakfast. But you should eat something, even if you make a choice of beautiful light, like fruit and yogurt. In an attempt to lose weight is the worst excuse of all. So how do you get a magical blend of vital nutrients that will give you energy, you send in your day healthy?

Consider making the house a fast food sandwich. You can FRY eggs, add a slice of Canadian bacon and put both in the English muffin toasted for a -200 calorie, filling breakfast.
